Appointment Deposits, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit will be applied toward the cost of your treatment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. In the event of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss alternative arrangements.

ONLINE ORDERS

Orders can be placed through our website at www.sageskinco.co.nz.

By placing an order, you agree that each order we accept will form a separate contract governed by the terms outlined in this Agreement. This includes any relevant obligations related to third-party services, such as Afterpay.

You will be charged the price displayed on our website, plus applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Prices quoted do not include delivery costs. Any applicable courier or handling fees will be communicated at the time of order and added to the total price.

Payment

Website Payments: Payments made via our website are processed by Stripe, Afterpay, and their affiliates. You agree to indemnify us for any failure on the part of your credit card provider to make full payment.

Unless otherwise agreed, we will only process your order and dispatch goods once we have received full payment.

All payments must be made in full, without any deductions, withholdings, or set-offs.

If we provide you with credit, failure to make full payment on time constitutes a default. In such a case, interest at a rate of 1.5% per month will accrue from the due date until the outstanding amount is paid. You agree to pay any interest on demand.

You also agree to indemnify us for any costs or losses, including legal fees on a solicitor/client basis, that we incur due to your failure to make timely payments.

Delivery and Defects

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver the goods within the estimated time frame, but delivery dates are indicative and not guaranteed.

If the items you receive are damaged, defective, or spoiled upon delivery, we will honor your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, provided that the goods are returned within 30 days of delivery. Otherwise, we do not accept cancellations or returns.

Ownership and Risk

The goods remain our responsibility until they are delivered to you. Upon delivery, both ownership and the risk associated with the goods pass to you.

Guarantees and Liability

Consumer Guarantees Act: As a consumer, you are entitled to rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986. These rights apply in addition to, and are not affected by, the terms of this Agreement.

General Terms and Conditions

Force Majeure: If any event outside our reasonable control—such as government actions, strikes, labor disputes, transit delays, ingredient shortages, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events—interferes with delivery or performance of our obligations, we may, at our discretion, suspend or cancel our obligations under this Agreement without liability to you.

Severability: If any part of this Agreement is found to be illegal or unenforceable by a court or tribunal, the remainder of the Agreement will continue in full force, as if the invalid part were never included.

Variation of Terms: We reserve the right to update or change these Terms from time to time. Any updates will be posted on our website and will apply from the date of publication.

Waiver: This Agreement remains valid even if we delay or neglect to enforce its terms. Any waiver of a term or condition must be in writing and will apply only to the specific transaction to which it relates.

Governing Law
